A statement is counted as an endorsement only when a delegate candidate made a clear statement of support for a specific candidate, not a mention in passing, a reference to a withdrawn candidate or hedged language naming more than one favorite.
Two Senate candidates who also registered as delegates, David Costello and Nirav Shah, are counted as endorsing themselves. Two family members who registered as delegates are also counted: Jake Lipsett, Jordan Wood's husband, as a Wood endorsement, and Sally Costello, David Costello's wife, as a Costello endorsement.
